Tasha Hughes' HeadSpace

For the better part of 3 decades, Tasha Hughes' professional practice has oscillated between two areas of specialization: 1) Alleviating physical pain and 2) moving clients beyond habitual limitations. A Personal Wellness Strategist, Black Belt in Karate, trained Yoga Teacher, respectful of the body as "temple", with a voracious appetite for culinary nutrition, and deep reverence for the ever-evolving fields of neuroscience and quantum physics, Tasha blends rich layers of physical and mental modalities to help you to get out of your own head, and out of your own way.

Together, we curate environments for optimal Well-Being. Starting with "the basics", her coaching approach is based on personal awareness, small actionable steps and accompanying education. She has discovered over the years that when clients understand the anatomical or physiological reasons WHY to do something, (rather than simply being told to it), implementation follows understanding. Change happens and is sustainable when your power resides with you.

WHY HEADSPACE

HeadSpace is the culmination of Tasha Hughes' years of multi-disciplinary experience which she offers as a gateway tool between personal suffering and personal freedom. We are a culture of over-thinkers, "stuck in your head", "Can't hear yourself think", "In the wrong head space". So much of that can be alleviated through simple food, fitness and thought habit reformation. The head needs to serve the heart and the gut, not the other way around.

STRESS BELLY CHALLENGE

The Stress Belly Challenge is a 4-week opportunity to shake off some stress, get out of your head, refuel your body, and reshape some out-moded food, fitness and thought habits that no longer serve your life, work or relationships. Through digital daily tasks and check-ins, a group Leaderboard, community engagement and communication with Tasha when needed, participants have accountability supports layered throughout the 4 weeks.
This is for you if:
You are tired of being tired, you are tired of being stressed, you feel at a loss for 'next steps'. You are ready. For something. For anything. And you can dig in and commit to yourself for 4 weeks. You have a visible "Stress Belly" (and extra soft, and yet not always adorable, layer around the mid-section.) Be grateful if you do - IT IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING!
This is NOT for you if:
You are just 'sort of' interested. I want to set you up for success, not another thing that didn't get done. It would be better to wait until your instincts say "GO!" You don't have the time or inclination to organize and plan for some new habits (which will replace old ones). You do not need more time in a day to do this - just re-direction.
